No experience, I have PPE headers. IS250 and 350 headers are interchangeable, as far as i understand. PPE headers are 1/8" larger piping for the 350 (so dont try to use 350 PPE's on an is250 or vise versa, performance may be hurt), that is the only difference, so the eBay listing is correct on that.
I would stick with a brand with backed results... PPE.
I use to have OBX headers for a different car. The quality of the pipes and the welds are actually pretty good. Knowing I spent hundreds less than the real brand at the time, I actually kept money aside to fix at least one crack or leak...but they held up fine, and I had them on for 3 years/35k before trading in the car.
Now any of accessories that OBX provides are a different story. The gaskets for the headers might as well have been cut out of a cheerios box. I ended up reusing the OEM one.
All that said, I would still invest a bit more and purchase the PPE headers since they come with the O2 extensions and simulator.
Seen this eBay post as well. Beat me to the punch Asking about this. But as stated before probably best to stick with PPE till some substantial numbers can be had regarding OBX headers.
