Default Custom Intake Shops?

I want to have a custom intake made but I haven't had any luck finding one in LA. Does anyone know a shop near or in LA or a company that can make one and ship it?

If you have a stock induction and stock engine bay, there isn't a whole lot of reason to hunting down a custom intake. There are a couple of options already made by reputable companies. I personally have the SRT intake with their piggyback AAFC. Me and quite a few others are quite pleased with both the noise and performance. Another popular choice is the K&N. Those are available for half the price but do not include a piggyback airflow adjuster. Do you need it? Not for the K&N, it is the same diameter tubing, the MAF will be fine. Also, a lot of these off-the-shelf intakes come with heat shields to prevent heat soaking. Cheaper (maybe), quicker, easier, guaranteed fit, and great looks. Hope this helps.
