I think the quality of that clip kinda sucks.

However, I have the Invidia with my Greddy SE. Sound is very nice.

So what's the real difference in the Invidia and the Megan Mid? Size of piping, bends, resonators? Anyone had the two?

Funny thing you should say that, Megan is pricey for the mids but they are really well constructed. The mufflers on the other hand ehhhhhhh........next month I am gonna sell my mufflers and get either F Sport or Greddy SP Elite. I am going to dyno my car before and after Hoovey, I will let yo know what I get so we can compare our notes!

That's what I've always thought, in the Honda world, Megan Racing is a pretty cheap brand.

Good video and your car sounds great. I am def thinking about getting the megan mid pipe now to go with the F-Sport Exhaust.

Megan mids do not delete secondary cars and have a resonator. Invidia is just a straight pipe.

Hey guys, sorry to thread jack Hoovey2411, but just to help you out regarding a full Megan midpipes back. I just finished installing mine and will start a thread and have a better quality video (not iphone 4S kind lol) I really enjoy the performance feel throughout the throttle range and the sound is okay. I am definitely going with Hoovey2411 setup with either Fsport or Greddy SP Elite by mid Feb. Thanks again Hoovey for your help! Enjoy!

Here is the Invidia....Has a resonator.

Then the OEM and Megan

Yet it looks like it's been messed with....whats with the crappy welded section? Was something removed?

looks like they welded straight pipe in place of the resonator.

I'm back in action for more noob questions - what does a resonator do? I tried googling, but all that showed up was a bunch of modified exhausts for sale, etc ...

Also, why would Invidia delete the cat? Is there any advantage ?

Thanks in advance
