My buddy and I wanted to make a comprehensive video of all the possible ways we can shoot the exhaust (ie. interior, exterior, driving) but nothing does it justice the way it is in person.

We decided to scrap it at the end cause we tried recording in HD and still it wasn't great. No where near the quality of noise you get IRL.

If any of you in the 714/949 (Orange County) area and you wanna hear what it sounds like, hit me up

By the way, if any of you locals are looking to get his setup, hit up Team SNS and ask for Chris if its any chance not him talking to you.

He hooks it up and he's a real nice guy.

$310 picked up...BRAND NEW. Someone on the forum was asking for...I believe $280+stocks for something that was used for a few thousand miles.

The video doesn't do it justice We made 2 videos and deleted both. Maybe I'll convince him to do one in a Cul-De-Sac so we don't get street noise.

Please do! And $310 brand new was for the Invidia right...How much did the Greddy run you?

So it also sounds hollow like this as well under load when the car is driving? How is normal daily driving when the IS shifts before like 2,000 rpm....is it annoyingly deep or still pretty quiet?

It sounds like it's the combo of the Greddy SE and the Mid Pipe that make that nice sound....I just hope the mid pipe is not to loud once added to the Greddy SE!

Nah, It's not too loud.

Under 3000, the sound level is about the same as no midpipes.

The SE is loud low-end. The midpipes just gives it a more freeflowing sound and more droning when accelerating.

I can't describe it...but personally, I love this setup. The only thing I'd rock other than F-Sports.

Thanks for the info. No one around me has an exhaust on an IS that I know of. So in person I've never heard anything other than my M2 that I got for *****s and giggles.

Have you heard the Tanabe Exhaust with Invidia Midpipes? Compared to yours, would the tanabe be quieter or the Greddy SE?

I personally don't like the way the MT sounds. Again, this is all pesonal, so before I hate any hate, it sounds to muffled. The Greddy SE sounds a lot more free flowing...even with the Invidia to widen the piping up.

Yeah it's a different sound than the Greddy and Tanabe. You have any still shots of the Greddy SE on your IS? I like the Ti look on the tips.

If midpipe = more drone that is a no go for me. Was looking in to one, but if it makes it more obnoxious down low I'm not for it.

Yeah, I was under the impression that the mid pipe gave the exhaust a more hollow G35/350z ish sound.

Anyone know anything about the Greddy SE being discontinued and replaced with the Greddy SP Elite? Same exhaust but without the Ti tips?
