no, making **** up is if i fixed your post to say "more horsepower and torque" (i'm sure lobuxracer or Kurtz can refute that in more technical terms).

i don't know, did you expect to dremel a hole in your 2is' lower airbox and not expect it to be louder and as such attract more attention (read: hear you coming)?

btw, don't make assumptions that i don't like loud cars. there's a time and a place for it, but not during daily driving and not on public roads.

Projectdna, i think apoc was saying a hole didnt make much differece in noise. But whatever. I personally like the sport sound. Just my HO

After doing F sport lower intake box it does rumble a little bit after 4K. You can definitely hear intake rumble at the higher end, adds a more aggressive tone while accelerating. Great mod if you want to keep stock.

If you add in a high flow filter, its got to flow better than stock.
