I am currently doing the Aristo swap in my IS and I have searched and can't find a definite answer on how you would regulate boost (ie boost controller) if you remove all the 3 actuators on the seq. setup? BOV maybe?

That only works if you could use the stock(aristo) ecu. And I believe I have my own answer. You don't wire the actual wastegate open, just the actuators! Then use the wastegate as you normally would.
