Yup, the M2 exhaust fits both the AWD and RWD. There are no different part numbers for each one; if it doesn't state "AWD" on the item description, they probably just forgot to add it.

Under the details on the ebay ad it specifically says will not fit AWD. This is listed by boneheadperformance.

Well that guy is a bonehead.. LOL

But it should fit, For an axle back there is no difference for clearance whether it is rwd or awd for our isx50.

Default M2 exhaust

Hey everyone,

Just installed the M2 exhaust and F-sport intake. My thoughts below:

Design: it's not the best quality but it gets the job done. The right muffler sticks out a bit will fix it soon. You might also have to bend the hangers a bit because they sit a little low for my liking.

Sound: Little to no drone and I am very happy with this (I kept the resonator on) also Lexus insulates the sound from the outside very well.

Price: IMO really worth the price (260) shipped from frs sport (they priced matched) and sounds even more better with an fsport intake.

I was really scared at first about the drone but I am very happy with the exhaust note and it is not intrusive at all (possibly a little louder than a Tanabe)

Im still trying to figure my M2 Exhaust out. Are your guys' packed with stuff? or is it just a resonance chamber at the end.... i can't see any packing, and when i flick the muffler it sounds completely hollow... anyone else have that same issue? or are they all like that.

When I had it sounded very hollow. Just a loud drone and that was it lol. But for 200 dollars you can't complain. Upgraded to f sport and sounds a million times better.

really? the M2 exhaust is the quieter of axleback options that are available. Sometimes it depends on what type and how much of muffler packing that they use which most people use fiberglass packing. I dont think my exhaust drones at all

Mine had so much drone, I was forced to sell it. I had to put the windows down to alliviate the pressure in the cabin from it. It was aweful. Maybe since it was an automatic... IDK.

If you only had the m2 exhaust you don't know what drone is...

Yeah I have an M2 and its quiet for me, a little too quiet, not much louder than stock but its an aftermarket exhaust so you would expect a little drone.

Are you sure its an M2 and not an ebay knockoff. M2 is such an inexpensive exhaust so I can see companies selling them as M2 with different parts

This is a good example of what my car sounds like (although not my car). Windows down you can hear the exhaust a bit but windows up, I can barely hear a thing
