Hey CL, Ive been looking at these for a long time now and have been hesitant to buy. I am currently running the Joe Z Race exhaust and looking to add these. Those of you running these, do you think the $$ spent was worth the power, sound gain you got? The main reason ive held back on getting these is because of all the code errors i see people getting. The O2 extenders you weld on are supposed to eliminate that but i still see people getting errors. I dont want to have to fight that code battle all the time. Anywho, im thinking about buying a set next week, can anyone chime in. Thanks

Hells yes they're worth it. The additional HP and grunt, is what the ISx50 needs

 

I vote Yes for headers.....

 

No brainer yes on the header. If the extension is done rite you will not get CEL.

 

Definitely worth it. Significant additional acceleration power and the drone is mean. I used the o2 extenders and had only minor issues.

 

Drone is what i dont want, running them with the joe z race exhaust, i wonder how much louder it would be.

 

I have the stock mid and HKS Hi-Power. I only hear the Hi-Power, so don't worry about it being too loud.

Now stop waffling and get these already!

 

I have been looking for a header for my 350, but have not been able to find much of what to buy. I see some things that you are referring to, but do you guys have links that I can look at some prices and other things that you guys are talking about? Thanks!

Mont, you think it will be about the same loudness are just my Joe Z exhaust. I def want a high level of drone, i HATE drone....

I would just wait until SIKKY makes a set of headers for the 350. From what I remember, SIKKY headers on ISF pushes ~50WHP...

For PPE Headers, they cost $700 but only yield ~15WHP. Getting it installed will cost ~$500..

 

Has anyone actually verified their claims? Their dyno just doesn't look right..
