Since you had them installed how does the car ride?
Have you noticed better acceleration due to them being a lot lighter than the stock wheels?
Do you know of any1 looking to sell? lol (wheels and tires preferably)
Thanks!

So, I figured just sell my stock 16's and buy a used set of nice 18/19" wheels and slap some new winter tires on them. When it's all said and done I'd like to spend no more than $1K. Figuring I can get $400 for selling my stock wheels and tires and buying used wheels for $750 and new tires for $650. This is my goal...so I am searching now.
Thanks for the input. BTW

Gotcha. I already have my nice summer wheels but was looking for something 18" or 19" and rather lightweight as a new winter setup. Next season I may want to go with a Big Brake Kit setup and that means my stock 16" wheels will have to go. So I am starting to plan now; I need to get new winter tires anyway as mine will barely last through this one.

the Rays 19s is an exceptional wheel. When i had them on my car you could tell the difference in un-sprung weight Vs the stock 16s on my GS3..YES the Stock 16s.
Forget about the Stock 17s on the GS4, no competition as far as performance VS the rays.
You will feel it when Braking, Braking under cornering, and acceleration. when i had mine, the weight was about pound for pound. amazingly light.
i had them 19x8.5 all around non staggered for balance.
the down side is the wheel is a bad choice to run all year round especially for winter due to its size and tire size choices on our 2nd Gens. id stay with the OEM 17s for winter. those heavy bastards devour potholes!!

What wheels are you comparing them to? It takes experience and a "Feel" for your car especially suspension components/ wheels, to distinguish differences. Some which CAN NOT be obtained on a daily drive to the store and pick up milk type of scenario. Some may be instant differences some very subtle, however there will be a difference.

These, like Forgestars are super light compared to my current 19" wheels. My rears are just about 30lbs...whereas the Ray's (G35) 19" wheels and the Forgestar 19" wheels hover around 19-20lbs each! 10 lbs savings of unsprung (rotational mass) is a TREMENDOUS savings. I can't imagine how the car would feel from this switch...not trying to make my car into a sport car (cause it's not) but I like the feel of POWER and this is making me think. With this amount of weight savings it could "SEEM" like I added another 30hp or so onto my current setup...plus feel better while braking and cornering as you mentioned in your post.
The gears are turning in my head as we speak! But first and foremost I should concentrate on getting my SC installed. My mind is all over the place sometimes. lol

The overall feel of the car with the Rays or any other light weight wheel is nimbleness.. You will love it
i remember when i had my 240 i had some heavy *** 16s. each weighed about 27lbs without tires. It felt like the car was dragging its feet. I swapped for 14lbs 15 inchers and the car took another feel. Suspension, brakes, and acceleration felt great, and that was at 150hp 140TQ, so imagine a 300hp (crank) or in your case 400 plus
