Anyone know of a good source to purchase a cast iron or cast steel turbo manifold? I live in Hawaii and there is no place to manufacture one here for the IS300 2JZGE. Will the turbo manifold for a TT Supra fit? If it does, I can order one from the local Toyota dealership. The sites that I've looked at are asking between $600 and $800 for a custom IS300 manifold....I really don't want to spend that much cause I'm saving for the turbo purchase. If anyone has a used turbo manifold for sale I'd be willing to purchase it.

 

your best bet is to just buy a turbo kit....the TT manifold will not work....it has a different bolt pattern as well...

 

I believe SP (Sound Performance) could make a manifold for you. It wouldn't be a cast manifold, it is essentially an HKS TT tubular manifold (Flows great) that is tweaked a little by SP to make it fit. The bolts don't line up. I would assume they heat it, move it around a bit, possibly change the bolt pattern, etc. Ethan (Ebanks) has one on his SC300 and has reported no problems with it (And he beats the crap out of the car).

Thanks for your reply, I will try and contact SP to see what they can do for me and the rest of us that are wanting to turbo our IS300's....on a budget.

 

the GTE TT supra manifolds wont werk cause the port spacing on the GTE head is diff then the GE head... best bet.. call Fmax
