TSB Accl Pedal

Hey guys ... so I went to dealer to have the TSB accl pedal fixed (go Toyota), when I got the car back it feels like a dog. I'm thinking of resetting the ECU so it can re-learn my driving. Did this happen to anybody else, or am I just going crazy?

flash the ECU with the brake override feature (which should not impact normal driving at all) They did that to mine as well. I told em' not to touch my accel pedal as I hooked up a Fsport pedal on it.
