Best Mid Pipe
I'm pretty sure that intake/headers/exhaust is generally never a cost effective way to add power to the car. I'm sure there's some exceptions out there, but doing any of those mods is a waste of money if you're looking at gains. It's pretty much for the sound.
tuning wouldn't help much... as folks who've used AFCs found out there's maybe 8-10 hp total available that way...the stock programming and engineering on this motor is pretty good.
(Note: it's not super useful to use an AFC in normal driving as the ECU tunes its changes back out in closed loop mode... but it'll "work" for 50-100 miles or so before that so could help a touch for a track day)
