Hey can you explain what you had to do specifically with the o2 sensor? Something about the o2 socket?

Theres a specific socket (shown below) that has a slit cut out of it so that the socket can fit over the O2 sensor WITHOUT the wires coming from the O2 sensor getting in the way.

Now what makes the job a little more frustrating are metal cylinders (circled in red below) that "protect" the O2 sensor. Its kinda hard to fit that big socket through the metal cylinder because you have to wedge it between the frame of the car. I found it easier to unbolt the mids from the headers and let the mids rest on the support bracket. Just be careful because this can put stress on the short wires coming off the O2 sensors and can possibly pull/break the wires off.

Like I mentioned in an earlier post, I ended up using my torque wrench along with the O2 sensor socket to get enough leverage to get those suckers off. They were TIGHT!!!

Any performance difference noted. I have the F-sport exhaust and would like to put the megan midpipe setup. Does any one have a vid of this set up. Would love to hear how it sounds before I buy it.

I have the OEM HKS exhaust. I want it to be louder. Will midpipes do the job?

Good job.. Nice write up.. Makes my decision on getting exhaust and midpipe easier.. looks like 2IS owners are loving the Megans products.. I'm leaning towards Megans, but all my friends that work at car shops are still telling me to go with Tein stuff..

its all a matter of personal preference. they probably would say TEIN because they've worked with them for a much longer time than megan racing (assuming they worked with both companies)
