wanna save some time AND money? go with a procharger self contained oiling that you just have to change every 5000 miles, and that nasty whistle at idle. A P1-SC will be able to range from 3-15psi depending on pulley.
As for injectors.....if you're going to have a blown 1uz, i'd go up to about 440s or 550s. 310s will be escaping stock power by just about 40cc's. General rule with most toyota motors (2jz specifically but should work for UZs) 1cc/whp. Given the car puts down appx. 250 (assuming a 50hp loss through the drivetrain), and the stock injectors are 270, you're just barely clearing it. Throw 4 or 5 psi at that bish, and should definitely above 300rwhp, thus 310s will not be big enough.
