Unhappy Vvti oil leak

I have a 98 gs400. Im having a small oil leak from my right side vvti. Recently change the cam seals thinking it was the problem but its not. Did any gs owners ever had this problem if please let me know so i can get it fixxx. Thanks

I thought my seals were leaking at one point too....it ended up being the power steering pump. Cost about $400 installed for a rebuilt pump or $700 for a new one.
