Default Greddy SE - Polished tip

Well I got the Greddy SE but wasn't to thrilled about the burnt tip so off to the polisher it went. Just got it back today and back on the car. Here are some before and after pics. I had asked the polisher to try and save the Greddy symbol on the tip but a bit got buffed out. It's all go tho since it is hardly noticable. I am not knocking on the burnt tip but it wasn't what I was looking for.

Looks very clean! Classy and nice touch. Good for those who don't like burnt tips.

When I talked to the polisher on the phone he had indicated $50 for polishing the tips. When I got to the shop... the polisher thought it was only one muffler tip. Long story short... I ended up paying $70 for both tips. I thinks the price is resonable consider what a great deal I got for the Greddy's plus the tips came out very well. I know some vendor are selling the Greddy SE for $650 shipped. The total cost that I paid for my Greedy plus polishing the tips was still under $690. If you search around you might get a better deal on the polishing.

Thanks for the comments.

If you are Socal local here is the number of the polishing shop where I got my tips done. They are a small shop but they do great work.

thanks for the info isman1000!! How long did the whole process take? Did you drop it off or could u have waited there while they do the job?

Also is there a specific person I should ask for to do the job?

The polished tips look best when the car still has OEM brightwork, very nice.

Looks fantastic!
How is the ground clearance with this exhaust?
I ask 'cause my HKS Hi-Power even with modified hangars doesn't have much and I am looking at alternatives.

It took them about 1 1/2 day. I think they could have done it in a day but i guess they had other jobs to do. You can ask for Joe.
