Artisan Turbo IS350 Progress Thread
Find a nearby Lexus dealer and drive or tow the car there imediately after you pick it up for a full check up. You do not want them to be able to say the damage happened after you picked the car up and they are not responsible. As I and others have said now is the time to be smart about the circumstances surrounding your car or it can get real expensive real fast, and the 8K may look like a bargain.
I definitely wouldn't trust reverting the car back to stock as their install will be fast, careless, and without care. It's already a great lost for them so the last thing you need is to have major problems later on down the road due to missing parts or loose/missing screws.
let's see if i got the cliff notes version right.
- OP towed his is350 to turbochargers.com to let kenny strickler do a one-off turbo kit
- turbochargers.com/kenny strickler does something for 3+ months (lots of fab work, no updates)
- kenny strickler gets fired, new management wants more money to finish turbo kit
- OP declines, takes his car back

More like: OP declines, takes his might be jacked up car back. But then again the OP has a phat wallet, although it's still sad.
I know its old news but I just saw this thread... owner of Turbochargers.com and Kenny Strickler going at it.... very confusing details and really not sure who to believe... anyways, I was mentioned in the last thread too. Atleast i was acknowledged about being ripped off
