I agree, I see no problem with waiting a year for a new car your making payments on, heck maybe even a couple years or at least until they get all their R & D finished anyway.

is that sarcasm?

you have to pay to play. sometimes it takes a lot of sacrifices. You win some, you lose some.

^ yes, you have to pay to play, but you can't tell me this wait isn't excessive.

If they were planning to do a bolt-on kit (which is what they said they planned) than the _engine_ shouldn't have been touched... some of the intake and exhaust parts certainly, and maybe an accessory or two...

However, since the only way they were ever going to make the power they promised on the stock engine was with magic it might well be covered in eye of newt by now.

i'm not Wierdazndu, so i can only say what i THINK he should do, and that shouldn't bear repeating. but if you care to know, go a few posts back; i've already said my peace.

as this is an update thread, i'm looking forward to updates from Wierdazndu, not a handful of posts from someone who has no connections to the project whatsoever.

Update: FINALLY talked to Kenny personally on the phone.

He apologizes heavily for the looong delay. Says that they have about 5 cars that they are working on that HAVE to be complete before SEMA, one of them being the IS-C. Anyways long story short he says that my car will for sure be complete before SEMA and also along with everything hes making the wait worth it for me

Honestly, i was pretty sure that this was the situation. SEMA is the biggest show for all these manufactures. I know it has been a long wait but I just cant pull the plug on it now (what alot of people were talling me to do) especially waiting sooooo long. Things like these take time. SO anyways SEMA is November 3rd. Ill have it before then
