I would consider a better fuel pump walbros are a no no in turbo land i would never trust a $90 fuel pump on a $10k engine or even a $2k engine for that matter. A TT supra pump will with with stand 980 hp @ 65psi @ 17 volts we have independently tested a walbro, TT supra, NSX, integra, 3000gt pump for comparison and the walbro failed before the integra pump only at 300hp ouch. Just my opinion on the pump.

Did you have a lower compression head gasket installed if so check cam-crank timing.

Th HKS F-CON S/IS works really well and is a reasonable price for tuning a boosted car. We are an hks pro tuner if you need some help in the socal area.

I hope you don't think running a Supra pump with 65psi (which is an arbitrary number unless you are talking about static pressue) at 17 volts is safe on a daily driver. I really hope you aren't referring to running a single pump at 980hp. I agree a stock TT pump is a better pump than a Walbro but it's 3 times the cost, does not flow much more than a Walbro at the same voltages and has a considerably larger O.D if you are running multiple pumps (there is already a space issue for multiple pumps in the GS). I've been running the same Walbro for 3 years with no issues.

Anyways, to the OP. Did you check the level of the gas tank like I told you? Is it full already?

Did you check timing as I mentioned way back in the third post of this thread?? Did you yourself do the headgasket or did you have someone else do it (possibly they made a mistake setting timing if they werent familiar with it)? Did you replace the tensioner when you/they did it? Pop the front cover off (so you can see the cam gears) and turn the crank a couple revolutions by hand then make sure all the dots line up with the timing marks (groove on crank pulley and each dot on the cam gears).

I'm going to check the timing in the morning and yes the tensioner was replaced and the hg was installed at a shop and my car has a little over a half a tank of gas.

Any news? Success?!?

Also, just humor me and put in a few gallons of gas even though it says it's half full, won't hurt to try it and may save you some work. It will just get used when the car is running so you be losing money either.

Yes I've come to the conclusion that my maf sensor is in the wrong location on my charge pipe that is because when I unplug the maf the car runs without stepping on the gas but if I plug in the maf the car runs like crap and it will not idle, I have 2 maf sensors and both of them gave me the same results. I will take pics in the morning but the maf sensor is located to low on my charge pipe
