FIFTEEN GRAND?! Man, I don't care how bad you want a supercharger - with that kind of coin, trade in the 350 and get the F.
+1.

you're probably aware of how much it'll cost, the limitations of the 4GR-FSE engine, and the fact that no one has been able to successfully crack the 2is ECU or find ways to piggyback it, so good luck.
and there's also nothing wrong if you change your mind (and money, and sanity) and go w/ an is350.
i actually took the time to read through all 27 pages. long story short, currently the thread is stalled at "the reflashed ECU is @ UPS awaiting delivery".
oh, and it's a ECU/TCU reflash... for an is-f.
but from the claims that MHP is making, they can work w/ the 2is ECU (or ECM, as toyota calls it) and TCU.
if it works, that's great upside. too bad it costs $4.5k for it.
but if the ECU/TCU reflash can net an more whp than all the performance mods added together - and make the 2is's six speed slushbox shift way faster - then i think there will be a few (w/ deep, deep pockets) that will be interested...
i'll hold off the enthusiasm until i see some real results for that volunteer is-f. and until some real results for the 2is.
At the wheels - 248.09HP and 270.85TQ (If I did the conversions right)
The base HP looks a bit low but the base TQ is typical for a IS250.
Looks like more TQ but less HP then a stock IS350 from the dyno's that I have seen.
I have sent an email to the company for more details etc...
Merry X-MAS and Happy New Year.
well thats good news! lol it would go nice with the bottle i have in my trunk! i have access to the brackets needed all i really need is the procharger and the belts, pulleys and intercooler & piping.... its hard becuase at HIN Miami last night i was offered a couple deals on custom 3 piece wheels...
If you're really lucky you can have LMS build you a kit but wait time would be 3months probably. And you would be REALLY lucky to get them to build it.
