Default My turbo was stolen!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, so my turbo was supposed to get in on friday (it was on truck for delivery, according to fedex tracking) it didnt come, and when it didnt come on monday we called, and they said that part of the label had been "rubbed off" and they could not tell where to ship it. well it came today and was empty!!!!! and there were 3 (YES THREE!!!) different labels with MY ADDRESS AND NAME!! none of which were not visible in any way at all!! and we get packages from fedex at least once a month, and about 5 this month, so its not like they dont know where I live. I called and they are supposed to "get back to me with a claim.."
THIS SO SUCKS!!!

if they didn't have insurance on the shipment someone is getting screwed.

claims generally take 24-48 hours and up to 30 days to process as per fedex

< --- own a fedex store

true true ! but shipper will be responsible unless he asked if you wanted insurance. but I am sure turbonetics weren't born yesterday and stuff like this happens all the time so they must have putten insurance on it

Damn that really sucks. My UPS guy knows me so well now that he automatically know any boxes of car parts automatically goto my house lol!

For example today, my new Brian Crower 272 cams + Titanium retainers and valve springs came in. The box had the wrong address on it(few houses over), so he came over to my house first to ask me if it was mine. Heh....

that totally sucks. i haven't had any problems with fedex...then again i only use them cuz my company has a deal with them.

really sorry to hear about your misfortune. hope this gets resolved. i don't want to see another turbo'd gs...it just gets me more envious. but seriously, i hope you get your turbo man.
