Default Problem with TANABE Exhaust hitting rear bumper

Ok here's my dilemma, my car came with a set of Tanabe Medallion exhaust when I bought it a couple of months ago...for some reason I can't get the exhaust tips to line up properly so it doesn't hit my aftermarket rear bumper. The Tanabe exhaust came with two rubber hangers but I can't seem to figure out where to mount them. (Will POST pics ASAP). The paint is starting to chip slowly due to the tips being too hot

If any members have the same issue with their exhaust system, I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

just my 2 cents, take it your local muffler shop and have them realign the piping etc to avoid hitting your bumper.

I heard of this happening and the reason was the Y pipe was installed up side down.

I remember someone had a post with pics about this issue. I'm sure if you search you will find it.

It doesn't come with the rubber hangars, it just uses the factory ones.
