Anyone has/had this intake?

How would this fare in a 2008 is250 awd? Leased..i know that it is leased is a problem..i would have to remove this when i bring it in to the dealership for service...
ALso question: installing one of these..where it goes there is a black rubery hose that attaches the current intake...does that just unscrew on the oposite side of the intake, and this one screws in? or is it more complicated than that?
