OP specifically asked for the JZS161, the Aristo V300 with the 2JZGTE. The GS300 has a 2JZGE.

The aristo and GS300 ignition are the same. Same ignitor and coil packs so I would have to go with yes. Do you have any pictures?

*Edit*
Ok I had the wrong product all together. I was thinking it was something like the HKS DIL but after I googled it I was wrong. Now that I have seen a picture you could make it work, but for that money I would just get the SRT intake. Sorry again for the mix up. Do you have any pictures of the actual unit for the JZS161. It would be helpfull to know if the MAS sensor bolts in to the new intake or if you are supose to use your old MAS housing. This is important for two reasons. First the stock GS300 MAS housing is part of the intake box and has to be cut off. Second the inside diameter of the GS300 MAS housing is smaller than that of the Aristo. This would cause the car to run lean because more air is going by the sensor than is measured. This could cause engine damage if not corrected wiht a fuel computer.

buddy...what are you talking about ignition??

judging by the look of it it kind of sits in a different orientation than our stock intake....i think with some minor know how and a couple of silicone pipe sleeves/pipe clamps you could get er done. I'd leave the stock intake horn there though to let it dump some (somewhat) cooler air on that filter.
