Just wanted to let everybody know that is interested in the Blitz exhaust. I was talking to one of the rep at Blitz USA. They were expecting a shipment of the exhaust on 3/31. Now they release date has been pushed to sometime of June. All he said is that the exhaust is being redesign. Also I was able to confirm that it is just an axle back. This really sucks, cause I was really looking forward to ordering it today.
with all due respect, it just sounds like they're late to the party. i'm interested in seeing what it'll look like, but unless it brings something to the table that the other axle-backs don't/can't, i'll stick w/ what i have.
^^ More like late to import them over here to the USA.
Yes - let me confirm for you the exhaust has been an axle back this entire time...
It has also been sold in Japan this entire time as well..
The "BLITZ® NÜR - Spec DT" for the IS250/IS350 will most likely be more readily available to order after June here in the states...
.. which is when they will begin making more of these parts for the US market.
Current USD MSRP is $1,400 for the axle back, but I heard due to the weak USD verses the YEN., anything JDM is going to cost a lot more money, now and/or very soon!!
I don't see a large market for these due to its hefty price tag..
It will most likely remain a special order part to import via the Blitz USA authorized dealers.
It's only be delayed, as to making here to our market.

Congrats on your award again. Have you done a video/sound clip of your Blitz exhaust by chance? If so, can I get a link? Did you order it from Japan? The Blitz website shows 1 dealer in AZ but they don't sell it. Any suggestions on where to buy? I think is probably worth the money because your the only person I know with it. I like that. Eveyone has the Tanabe or HKS and I like to be unique. Thanks for your help.
