If your sprags are shot, that means that you need to setup your suspension correctly to absorbed the extra torque load that's distributed on the rear diff. carrying that all the way towards the transmission. The only way to accurately measure shock and shift times is to have data acquisition tools to measure this properly. Those equipment and rack up big bucks...
