I didn't do it but the pedal bracket did have to be trimmed.

Yesterday I got the Lexus back together, the head is now fully built. I should be at Speedworld next week to rebreak my #1 spot on the 1/4 mile list.

hey jw do you know what that hump in the lower driver side of the floor where the clutch pedal would land is?

That's just a plastic piece, I think it's part of the carpet. You need to pull out the dash board to mount the clutch pedal, it's a PITA

Hey, do you have any pics of the two shifters that got welded together? I'm at the stage of doing transmission mods on my build, just made custom mount last weekend. Still need to shorten the shifter bracket and linkage rod. Any pics relating to that stuff would be super helpful!!

Well I hit my goal, when I first bought this car years ago my goal was to make it quicker than my old 1999 Dodge Viper GTS which ran 10.29 in the 1/4. Today I ran 10.22 @ 137 MPH in the big heavy pig! I was so happy with the time and there is more in it! This car will go 9's, the tune is still in progress!
