agreed, he seemed to be a straight up guy and also seemed to make a quality product.

who knows, he could still be working on them, and just selling the business on the side.

Didn't mazzuri say that he would adjust the sizes accordingly?

yes he did, the design would be the same just tube size would be different because of displacement. tube size can be figured out by calculations inorder to get the same flow between the two different sets.

from what has been posted it doesn't seem like he's calling it quits totally. seems like he's on the edge with it. i hope he does come out with headers, they would sell on here.

mazzuri let us know whats up...

it wouldn't make a difference anyways, because there is no way 250 headers will work for a 350 due to the port size.
Thanks for the link, but it sounds like he's just testing the market at this point.

Regarding the long tube headers, I'm sure they could be better if designed properly, but designing headers isn't easy. Even if you find a local shop that has the ability to build a nice header, how do you know they have the ability to design it right? Mazurri also said that he would offer headers designed specifically for the 350.

^^^ agreed and read my post #46. I'd love for him to do it, because he has a good reputation.

LMAO.. thats cuz the 350 is already fast enuff us 250 owners need something to catch up and make up for the lack of power compared to the 350

I like these JUN headers our cars are being restrained ALOT with the ****ty stock headers + exhaust.

Some people are willing to pay $6K for 50 HP. If you're an enthusiast, and have deep pockets, it's probably worth it.

As far as Daniel at Mazzuri, I doubt he will be selling the business. He entertained the idea last year when his father was sick and decided not to.

Not to mention that selling an entire business is always tough and lengthy process.

I'm guessing about 89+ whp...not....I would be surprised if you got 10 whp. The problem is that the JUN are made for the IS250 and the cats are still in place. IMHO.

as a rule of thumb, good headers could add around 15%. On the 2gen Is300 *like mine* (3GR-FE, 228hp) JUN headers plus exhaust system gained quite a bit, 47hp pushing the car to 275hp which is ~ 20%! not to mention that if the ECU ever got unlocked those numbers would still further shoot up!
