i have aFe. definitely louder, states 13hp increase and 11lbs torque, maybe we're getting close to that i'm not sure. To be honest, you really don't feel the extra power, you get more noise though!

ARC has got an intake i think it's out already, might give it a try ! =D

Got any pics and/or info regarding the ARC? I bet that's going to cost a pretty penny, hehe. I guess it's so new I didn't even see it on ARC's Japanese website. You should be able to get ARC products from any Volk dealer since Mackin Industries distributes ARC products:

I had the ARC box and suction pipe for around 8 months before I sold it a couple of months ago.

Box costs $800

Pipe Costs $300

replacement filters are $90 each

If you want pictures just search for my username and ARC as the key word.

damn arc cost to much...pplz are saying they done believe dynos for intakes... and some pplz have dyno with hood down to get 10whp less with the joez.so iam also very skeptical about intake dynos.. .so im going to the track..once i get the afe..btw pplz with the joez get faster results on the 1/4 miles than stock.. about .2 sec or .4

this sucks the afe is a no go...i quess joez or maybe the f sport will be the best intakes for your cars.. looking at the graphs..the max gain dyno for the afe was 240whp and the stock was 218whp.... im not sure if its is350 or is250...if its is250... those are really good numbers...this really sucks cuz i want to keep my exhaust oem and might have to cut and make an x pipe.. to see some decent gains...i was really looking forward to a good intake.

I'm not sure how it's either. 204 is the -engine- hp on an IS250 so stock can't be 218. And 218 is MASSIVELY low for an IS350 (240 is low actually even in stock form).

Do you have to permanently remove engine covers when JoeZ intake is installed?
