Hey does anyone know how our exhaust tips are attached to the muffler pipe? they welded on? or bolted on? I looked last night they seem bolted on or clipped on. Not too sure also does nayone have pics of the step by step to remove?

The tips im gonna replace the OEM ones with are the screw on type. will that work?

i read in a thread in the classified is250/is350 section of CL that the tips are just onto the pipe. do a search in the classified section. the topic was aftermarket tips for sale.
