Also, you will need the ecu from that engine unless you plan on splicing in your stock ecu and running a standalone(which is actually the route I'm planning to take).
how about running an afc neo? or would i need a full stand alone setup?

You can run the NEO on top of a stock ecu but it wont work by itself.
I have run standalones before and IMO not a wise idea for a beginer.

If your only looking to do about 320, why not just go NA-T? It's not that difficult and its less of a headache considering what your goals are.

Just noticed this...
its cool im just frustrated and now my car is running like crap... It threw the maf 1 bank lean code so i threw some lucas injector cleaner in it and reset the computer now its chugging. Im hoping this is the computer getting its baring. I will clean the mass air flow in a few days and maybe order a o2 sensor from my work since i get parts at cost..::dealership perks!::. and that should cure the issue.

If you pick up a gte motor with a tranny, that tt trany is a bit stronger than the non turbo trans thats in your car now. Either do a na-t setup. or just get a motorset. Either vvti or non and just install it with the provided ecu and accesories and be done, no need to mix and match components. The motor sets are reasonably priced these days.

Now the shop i want to do this swap for me is telling me that the obd reader wont work with the jdm ecu so i cant stay emissions legal doing a full swap... I think what im going to do is the gte bottom with ge head... I really dont know jack about turbo size though so im not sure where to go with that.. My honda had a t3/t4 only reason i got that is because everyone eles had it and seemed to work well... Im not sure what is common with the 2jz-ge na-t .

For the most part anything you buy for a 2jz motor is going to be T4 based. A popular turbo people use for a setup like yours would be a 60-1.
