I wish I knew Japanese.

I want to say it's like one of those eBay "power" chips, but:

1. It's about $300USD.
2. Doesn't look like some generic P.O.S.

Then again, when I look at the application chart (http://www.oilman.co.jp/TREC-tekigouhyou.pdf), they have an application for a bunch of cars, which makes me think it's some sort of universal type thing that is in fact a P.O.S.
