Default tranny slips

Gs400.
tranny slipped once when i was entering the freeway. the car felt like it's not in gear and i see the rpm rev but i'm not going anywhere. i left off the gas and let the rpm drop to about 2000 rpm and it drives normal when i get back on the gas. i checked the tranny fluid when tranny was hot. fluid was in the middle of the hot line.

tranny mods: VB and 2800 stall TC .

Any idea what the problem is? could it just be tranny fluid?

Do you have an aftermarket tranny cooler? It's highly recommended if you get a TC upgrade. If not, your fluid is gona heat up quick and kill the tranny fast.
