Question Limited Slip.

Does the GS-400 come with factory Limited Slip and if not where can one purchase the factory part at the best price? I noticed from a posting that U can get the LSD for the stock differential from Steve with Carson Toyota ( as a stand alone feature ). Number Please???? Power is nothing without traction.

Thumbs up Steve

Lloyd - Steve ( Ganz ) can give ya the best prices on any Lexus parts. Try him at either gonzo4u@earthlink.net or by phone at 1-800-908-6968 - extension 2381. FWIW - the local number for Carson Toyota is 310-522-2300. To answer your original question: No, the GS doesn't come with an LSD from the factory.

Lexus should have LSD as a factory option specially on the 300hp rwd 400/430.

well, lexus should have the LSD, but they chose to follow the cheaper route (like many other luxury car manufactures), use electronics slip control ==> save money, and luxury car was not mean to be driven like a race car anyway ho ho ho

Just installed my LSD and its great, tracktion control light almost never comes on anymore!! Now its time for more power and a 3,000 stall TC. Everyone needs this! Not to easy to install so be carefull. It will take all day to pull the rear-end out and take it apart, remove bearing ect... then setup ring-gear. Well worth it and does it ever grab!!! TC install in two weeks.
