Default Anyone done a GS300 rear-end conversion?

I was looking into doing this swap. Has anyone here done one of these or heard of one being done? Where could I pick-up a 300 rear end for cheap? Is the RMM LSD more cost effective? Thanks.

You have to be more specific... rear end conversion to what? It seems like you are talking about the LSD. Just get the TRD unit and Lucas' LSD fluid or some Royal Purple.

Yup, the LSD. I was looking into it, and I think I will just be replacing the Ring and Pinion á la NSX Type R. The guy I talked to at Lexus told me that it would drop my top speed to 124 mph.
