Cool No emmision testing best exhaust??

Well I live on a island where tires can stick out 2 feet from fenders and theres no emission testing ...
So whats would give me the most HP??
I know for a fact I used to have a GTS Celica that was 1lt per 100 HP which the IS350 doesnt hit but some exhaust on it would actually lose HP and taking off cats killed HP.... So from a place where it doent matter about cats and emmisions what would give me the most for my money....
And all you Cali and MD peeps Im sorry and I felt your pain..
Or at least I did ..
Head down to your local recruiter and join the Armed Forces and who knows maybe you can be stationed in paradise where Skylines pass through customs heading to the USA

Or you could get stuck in Misawa, Japan or Minot, North Dakota....

I think you are looking for the LMS exhaust then, from what I know it removes the cats giving you more horse power than any other exhaust, i think that carson toyota sells that exhaust but is for off-road only here in the USA.

Take a look at this thread. It is a current thread about having a custom exhaust without the secondary cats. You shouldn't have ANY problems getting a cheap custom exhaust that would probably exceed anything currently available. Since your area doesn't have any emissions requirements, you might also consider the Megan header, which removes the primary catalytic converters. It is listed for the IS250 only, but I've read that it also works on the IS350.

BTW, you should fix your OP about your Celica. There aren't any cars that are 1 liter per HP. The IS350 is 87 HP per liter.
