L-tuned got my vote.

 

I just got the Apexi World Sport Muffler for my GS400. I took it down to the shop yesterday to have it installed and I forgot the y pipe that connects the two pipes. I should have it on tommorrow and I will post up some pictures of it once I get it installed.

i agree, words without soundclips are worthless. lol. Please, pretty please post up some sound clips. I want an exhaust, but it has to be just right.

sound clips for all the exhausts would be so much help. I've only been on CL for few months and just like to say this Club is soooooo helpful with all the input the members post!

Ok just wondering, who voted for the tte dual tip exhaust? i'm looking for a quad tip setup on my gs.

 

I have the L-tuned mufflers (soon to be replaced with Magnaflow #14235 muffler), and they drone at ~2100 rpm.

My current setup on the rest of the exhaust system is custom (everything from the first set of cats to the rear was replaced)
- custom Y-pipe
- X-pipe right after the Y-pipe
- deleted center resonator
- deleted pair of rear resonators

All pipes are 2.25 inches

i got the HIPER and damn! the tip on that thing is HUGE, I like the sound,not too loud, not too quiet, but I need to do something about that tip.

I had this same one too, the tips on the Hyper are huge!

 

This may sound kind of dumb but for the Medallion Touring, are the hangars for the pipe suppose to be towards the top or bottom when they are inserted into the rubber hangers?

 

what manufacturer actually makes the l-tuned mufflers?
