hello there, i have a 98 gs3 and my setup is probably a stage 1 srt turbo or stage 2, but i hear my friends say that im gonna blow my motor. i wasnt going to do a engine swap, just keeping my stock engine and tranny.

ive been reading around that i have to keep it under 375hp or that the vvti wont function correctly and it would blow my motor?
