Default Gs300 T/c

I know this might be a stupid question but i just recently added a T/C to my gs300 and i was just wondering if anyone knows if it should make a big difference in the acceleration or not. I haven't really noticed a difference except that my air intake is making way more noise than it did before the install. Anybody have any ideas?
thanks

i was under the impression that the gearing and t/c of the stock gs was already fairly aggressive. it was done from the factory like that so it wouldn't be such a slow boat (although it is - at speed) compared to the gs4.

what kind of tc do you have? what company and model? precision industry dragon? how about stall speed, 3000+ rpm?

the stall speed is important. you need it to be higher. but the gs300 stock tc already has a relatively high stall speed so that's why tc on gs300 is not as noticeable. tc on gs400 is night and day

well for sure it's lighter, and probably around 3000 to 3200 stall speed my guess. you should feel power gain when you step on it. but like i said it's not going to be as night and day as that on the gs400
