this might be crazy but i have heard that putting on aftermarket intake will actually be better on your fuel usage (more miles to the gallon), as well as raise your horse power....
Is this true or are people makeing this up any response will be helpfull

Yes it does. I have the SRT intake and my car now gets an average of twenty miles a gallon of city driving.

checked out the pics of your SRT intake, looks sharp would like to do the same. How long did it take to get it? How much to install, and who installed for you?

I installed it myself. It took about 1.5 hours. It is really easy. The intake comes with well written instruction. The only difficult thing was the wiring of the ECU. If you take your time and read the instructions well than it is a peice of cake. The intake took about a week for it to come to my house from SRT.
