well how much do you want to spend? if price is a factor and you are on a budget, I would go SC cause most of the Turbo kits are up there in price 10k -15k to be honest.you can get a A51 or SRT stage 1 SC from anywhere between 4250-5500 hp gains will be around 260 at the wheels when you are done..with more stages to come..

are you sure it's that much? is it just because it's a turbo for an IS? because when i was going to get a turbo for my integra, it was going to cost around 2k-3k something like that, don't remember exactly.

Remember that there is a whole lot of difference between an Integra and an IS300. The markets for each differ like night & day, especially considering the the aftermarket industry.

Another thing to consider is that since the IS300 is still relatively brand new to the aftermarket scene, there are still a lot of R&D costs to be recouped by afttermarket manufacturers who produce these types of products, therefore...the higher pricing scale.

You always get what you pay for also!!! Our goal is to manufacturer a high-quality Supercharger kit for all Lexus models that are unrivaled in quality construction, performance & technology. This is the reason why we try to perform all phases of construction "in-house." If one were to purchase a kit & have it installed...that's it! We don't want the paying customer having to unravel any quesswork.

I just talked to XS engineering and the kit they sell is $7500 installed by them, but they don't sell it unless you have them install it. It includes exhaust too from what I understand, but it doesn't come with electronics.... They also said you can't go much over 260-280RWHP before the trans starts to suffer.

So if you live in cali that would be a pretty sweet setup, if you live on the east coast go get a blower from SRT, or go down to toyomoto for a turbo kit.
