2JZ-GE Turbo question.

I just found this site today trying to find info on the easiest way to get my 2jz-ge turbo'd. It's a cool site and i'll be here for a while. I got my 1994 gs300/aristo ( it's a jap import an i live in ireland) about four months ago, i origionally intended to clean it up and sell it off but i love the bugger! The only problem with it is its not a 2jz-gTe which i really want but cant afford to sell mine an get one, is there an easy way to fit a turbo that you guys know about ? I know the manifold bolts are different between the 2 and getting 2jz-gte parts wont work do you guys know any1 who's done it or is there anyone yee know in the states supply a ready made kit? Also the gearbox is an automatic which i hate ,does the 2jz-gte have a manual box and more importantly will it fit on my non turbo?Any help will be much appreciated.
