Ohhhhhhh Ok. I don't have the heat shield (from injen).

I also live in a city of non-stop heat. Miami. and the car from day and night it's totally different. I'm willing to bet that, the company who starts selling their intakes with a heat shield over that exhaust manifold, will see an advantage over the rest.

Injen still hasn't come with a solution. Which is making me a little impatient.

You know I did notice some funky behavior try this when your on a freeway drive about 70 MPH and turn on the power button and floor it it doesn't down shift and the car seems to loose power but then it down shifts suddenly and takes off weird but I don't know if its the intake!

Swift racing I tried your test my car did not stall I wonder if its be cause my car might have a different ECU since I bought it in late June?
