Ok, I have 64k on my car do I change my plugs now, or do I change at 90k. What plugs do I use (torque master, Denso Iridium).

NGK platinum plugs should be changed around 110K according to dealers.

Post Spark plug change

The dealers always change platinum plugs at 60K. Thats one of the reasons the 60k service is so expensive. Iridium plugs are changed at 90K

For emmission purpose, GS300 plugs need to change out @ 60k miles.

Misha,
Look at either your service manual or the lables under your hood. More than likely, your GS will have the Iridium spark plugs.
