I replace my factory spark plugs with a set of Torque Master plug from Carson Toyota last week. I noticed I had Check Engine Light came on. I disconnected the battery and left it for over an hour, and I reconnected the terminals. The start up after reconnecting the batteries left the car idling roughly up an down between 500 to 1000rpm. The CEL came off. I let the GS run like that for about 20 min, and proceeded to drive to feel the difference in the tune up. As soon as I step on the gas it would bogg out for a few second, and start picking up engine speed. The CEL came on again, and still is on till today.

Is this normal with changing spark plugs? Does anyone know what I did wrong, because I check all the wirings, and bolts.

Definitely not normal. Not sure what the problem could be though.

Make sure you got the right plugs?
