hello,

I am at work late because the car is shakeng very violent.
i have fuel odor and car idles VERY rough. I do nnot modify car only stereo.
we have many parts here for Lexus here so ign coils,cap and wires have just been replaced hour ago. i also inspected and cleaned mass flow sensor.
will not idle without gas pedal pressure and has no eng power to drive.

I may spend the niight here

 

check your EGR valve - my car would stumble and then die - cleaned the EGR valve and all was happy again 92 SC400 - must take off all thre peices - the hoses on the left and right side are water hoses so be prepared - good luck

 

Is there a leak somewhere in your fuel line?

might want to check your grounding and get a grounding kit. stereo may have messed up electrical system some. also could be your alternator is struggling if you stereo eats big power.

 

unlug the power wire of the stereo at the battery, reset the ecu, if it still has a bad idle after that its not the stereo. optima yellow top battery? i recently cleaned the throttle body, and it idles much smoother, try it, your supposed to clean it anyway every know and then. good luck. also try searching " ruff idle"
