Default Borla Axelback with or without Resonators?

Hey guys, I’m new to this forum. I have a 2023 IS350 with a Borla Axelback exhaust and I love it. Had the exhaust for over a year now and it’s fantastic. My friend brought to my attention that I could do a resonator delete to make it sound better or potentially even swap out the stock resonators with something else (I’ve hear vibrant 1792 bottle resonators are the main players). Is that honestly a good idea or waste of money? I can’t find anybody else that is looking for something like this.

Depends how much farther you're wanting to mod the car. The Borla one has a muffler right? If you plan on doing headers anytime soon, that resonator delete will be the death of your eardrums lol.

IMO, it's an absolute crime for any V6 to have resonator-deletes. It sounds like a trumpet. I have a Tsudo resonated midpipe on mine, but unfortunately with PPE catless headers and a muffler-delete Remark axleback, those two resonators aren't enough to contain the obnoxious sound. Welding Vibrant Ultra Quiets on soon. Maybe valved mufflers too. I've basically gone full circle from stock to straightpipe and slowly inching back lol.
