I have a 15 IS350 FBO RR tuned. There are many other tuners available as well for years 2018+ like Reflash.Rd, Tuned by Loi, D3.

All depends on how much you want to spend from OTS to custom dyno tune

Since you have a fbo is350, curious if you feel any additional power. I know they don’t advertise too much gains. I’d imagine they sharpen throttle response, it makes the car feel more responsive but not necessarily too much extra power. How would you describe it ?
Thank you

From being stock to FBO - faster throttle response, better low end tq, and linear power band all the way to 7200 RPM. As for putting power down on paper, my car is not a dyno queen but sure as hell pulled its weight on the street against other cars like Q50s, 135i's, TLX, etc. For reference, before my engine started to burn oil, ran against a FBO G37 and stayed neck and neck until 120ish and then he started to pull away. Adding PPE Headers were the biggest power gain for me.

Likely to be parting out soon so anyone is interested in PPE Headers for AWD, and Ark exhaust it will be posted here on CL in the upcoming months.

How many miles on your engine ?
How many miles on the engine when you noticed the oil consumption?
What oil and viscosity and what were the oil change intervals?

Would the PPE headers fit 2GR-FKS? (2021 IS350 AWD here)

I ordered PPE Catless "Headers", but they're really collection pipes as the new 2GR-FKS has integrated exhaust manifolds. Still waiting on them as they are "made by order." Placed my order on the 21st of December.

$730 for those pipes is a ripoff.

Bought the car with 30k miles. Currently at 190k LOL and been RR tuned since 60k miles, FBO since 120k. Oil consumption started around 160k (1-2 quart every 5k). Have had 5k OCI 0W-20 since I bought the car at Lexus dealership till 160k. Then switched to Pennzoil Ultra Platinum for 3 OCI and that helped reduce the oil consumption to less than 1qt every 5k (more if car sees high 5k + RPM). Just switched to Valvoline Restore and Protect 0W-20 and hoping to keep the engine under 1 qt as long as I can. Engine cannot be saved since my cylinder walls are scored so oil consumption can't be fixed unless I rebuild or buy a used engine (likely going this route)

Nope - I have 2GR-FSE. 2018+ have different headers.

Not sure if the install process is simpler than the headers for 2GR-FSE but if it is I would say worth it if it is. When I had mine installed it very labor intensive.

I don’t think the bump in power is worth the $

Doesn’t look like it’s going to be too bad, im a technician at a dealer so I have all the tools and equipment to make this job much easier, obviously a lot more difficult if youre in a driveway when the only space under the car is the jack. And without the extra two pipes on the headers on each side theres quite a bit more room in the bay. Now i seen NYIS300 say the small bump
in power isnt worth it, I dont think so either lol. It is a lot of money but if you have it the choice is yours. obviously we cant make much power w these 2gr-fks, but im tryna push everything that i can just for a fun daily

Hoping yours does not take as long as mine did AWD is lot harder than RWD because of the driveshaft

For our cars, you need to $3-4k (parts + labor) to make near 300whp which is crazy. Most modern cars in our class now are making 350whp stock and make upwards of 500+ with less than half the cost for us to make 300whp lol. Adding headers makes the car sound great IMO and you will gain prob 20ish whp from it. I am not tuned for E85, but more recently RR and many other tuners have added the option if you are looking to squeeze more power out of these engines.
