Default Basic maintenance question.

I recently bought a 2000 sc300 and have questions about changing the trans fluid along with the diff. The trans fluid hasnt been changed since 120,000, the car now has has 180,000. The trans fluid is light brownish color at this point. The car is a bit jerky when going from park to drive, especially when cold. The trans is not slipping and seems okay. Anyone have any advice on whether or not I should change trans fluid or leave it? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Drain & fill the fluid one time & see what happens. If it gets better, change the filter & fluid.
