Default ARC japan parts

The goal of this thread is to get a list of cool things together than arc has made for our cars (or interchangeable from the supra) as well as universal parts in one place so that its easily found in the future, seeing as how all the information is spread all over,

So far we have the super induction box and a titanium strut tower bar. They also made some bov's that could work for lower hp builds (they were for 3sgte and other small motors. Please post more parts you know of!

ARC has made drop-in fully aluminum radiators specifically for JZZ30 Soarers as well as front mount intercoolers for Z30's but I think the IC's were probably universal type rather than any Z30-specific fit design.

A few years ago I was looking into buying one of their JZZ30 welded aluminum radiators but it was either going to cost too much to ship one in from Japan given the size and weight or they might have stopped making them by then. I don't recall more details than that now as I was researching that in 2013.

I ended up going with an MKIV Koyo radiator and creating my own lower mount adapters to get its height adjusted correctly for the SC. But ARC did (or still does?) offer a totally bolt in high capacity radiator for these cars that required zero modification to install.

I can add a bit to this thread. I'm the guy who owns the ARC radiator. I have no idea how many they ever made, but I ordered mine in 2007 and it came with a certificate signed by the guy who built it. By 2010, ARC went out of business.
ARC was restarted by the original owner's son, but now it's officially called ARC Brazing, and their product catalog is maybe 15-20% the size it used to be. They still make ARC boxes for some older Honda cars due to demand, but other than those, everything else they sell (intakes, intercoolers, radiators) is for newer cars that are very popular, such as the Evolution X, newer WRX STis, GT86 and GTR... etc.

I'll try to get back to this thread tomorrow and add pics of my stuff.

Here's my car as of today.

The ARC box is for a JZA80NA (non turbo Supra)
Also hard to see in this pic is my ARC JZ oil cap.

Here is a list of ARC airboxes that I hear can fit in the SC:

JZA80 (there are 2 versions, non-VVTI and VVTI)
JZA80NA [confirmed - fits]
JZX90 [confirmed - fits]
JZX100

Keep in mind none of these are a direct fit for the stock intake piping.

This is a cool thing I saw 3 months ago FS in a Toyota Soarer group. An original JZZ30 ARC sidemount. I knew they made this for the Chaser/Mark2's (JZX90-110s) but I had no idea they ever made one for the JZZ30s

^^ Thanks for the update! Looks like you're acquiring all the ARC parts made for the Z30 and Z80 that will fit your SC!

That ARC Soarer 91-95 intercooler looks very nice! I'm not surprised they made one. The original Soarer 91-95 all-aluminum OEM intercooler only flows (in good condition) about 214 CFM. That ARC unit looks like it would flow a lot more than that and support a lot more boost than stock/BPU for a Z30 1JZ-GTE.

The 91-95 Soarer OEM intercooler with factory metal end tanks that I had re-cored by Bell Intercoolers of Texas in 2018 gave me a rough 400 CFM ballpark after they did their work on it for me. This ARC looks similar in size and rear thickness. For what it's worth, even if with the core technology of the time it was manufactured would only rate at the 300+ CFM ballpark that would pretty much equal the 305 CFM flow rating of an OEM/stock Supra MKIV TT side mount intercooler (which itself had plastic end tanks rather than metal).

The attached OEM Z30 Soarer shroud in those pictures is for 1991-1995 Soarer and pre-97 USDM SC bumpers.

Those are awesome. I currently have the vvti box and the bov for my car. It was seized when i got it, and still havent gotten it to function properly with any sound. I dount ill ever find a replacent seal for it but its a cool part nevertheless.
